Anyone got a Samsung D500 that could answer a couple of queries?

Firstly, can a song on the mp3 player be used for the alarm function or can I only use the slightly annoying ones that came with it?

Secondly, in text messaging, is there some way to tell the damn phone that it should always use predictive text unless told otherwise?  It is infuriating when it switches back after inserting a question or exclamation mark.

Thirdly, I am having problems transferring contact details from my SIM to the phone memory - any ideas?

And lastly (phew!) can I set the incoming call to ring for a longer period of time before the voicemail kicks in?  When I have it on the 'vibration then melody' setting I only hear a few seconds before it cuts off.

Apologies for being so dense - I promise that I have read the manual and looked up the Samsung website but I can't find answers to these queries.  I like the phone in general but these few probs are really beginning to irritate me.  All advice gratefully accepted. Thanks

Thanks for this andyturk.

However, (and please do tell me if I am being dense!) by doing what you suggest will I not be diverting my calls to another number?

Or do I just put my own mobile phone number in the space above activate?
