After up dates my mouse will no longer work. It is a cordless usb one. It keeps saying driver is installed but when it searches it says driver cannot be found. I checked in device manager and there is a yellow triangle along side the mouse and also the CD / DVD drive. I have tried another mouse but same thing happens can anyone help me here please?

I assume the wireless mouse has a usb dongle. Try removing it, restarting the computer and then plugging it back in again, ensure the mouse is switched on when you do this.

Still tearing hair here cannot get this problem sorted. Surely must be a way to fix this. Anyone know how I can contact Microsoft help. I will try google and see if I can find something there.
