I keep getting a rundll32.exe can't be found error after trying to upgrade ME to XP. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

RUNDLL.EXE and RUNDLL32.EXE should both be on your ME windows system. Rundll loads and runs 16-bit DLLs, where Rundll32 loads and runs 32-bit DLLs. Check these files exist before the upgrade.
