Never ever ever again will I deal with this company.
Been through hoops over the last week ...
3 hours on telephone with them.
What is the major problem ?
Hissing and cracking on telephone line.
Causes broadband link to drop and speed down from 11MB to 3MB.
So they send a man in a van ...
He checks everything and says "It's noise on the line" ...errr yes
They then send a BT engineer who says "It's noise on the line and he fixes issue"
Still got line speed of only 3MB...so call them ...
Ask for reset at exchange.
I get to talk to a robot with an such a bad command of English that neither me , wife or Brother in law can understand him.
He asks me what version of Windows I have on laptop ...
I explain it all due to previous ...now fixed phone line ...
He asks me about router Grrrrrrrrr
He asks me to unscrew master socket plate ...Grrrr
After another 65 minute phone call ...he says "It's the exchange that needs a reset"
