Charging my kindle, its tells me if I want to read, I can remove cable from my computer, how does it continue to charge, any info appreciated

It won't be charging if it's not plugged into a PC or a wall socket.

Thanks rockyracoon, but it reads on my kindle "if you want to read your kindle, while continuing to charge over usb, please keep the usb cable attached ,but eject your kindle from your computer"

Bottom right of taskbar - icon for 'safely eject hardware'. Click on that and select Kindle, but leave it plugged in
