Hmmm. Any ideas? He was really camp, but fat.

Heh, no. I'm searching for Ultrasound, name rings a bell, obviously I have to trawl through 850 images of grey babies to find a pic of a band!

He was stocky, fat, black hair, and it was kind of combed over his face a little. He

He was stocky, fat, black hair, and it was kind of combed over his face a little. He was really camp, but the band were just awesome. I saw them on a couple of other shows. Top 50 stuff, not Top 10.

Think there was a gal or two in the band.

Sounds like  Anthony & the Johnsons? They were on the last series of Later but not sure about 2000.

oic, think i know that band. But not them sadly.

Guy was proper chubby. Jet black hair. Almost a diva. Kind of frumpy.

was it definately a band?  There's a guy called HarMar Superstar who fits the description fairly well.  Google image search his name, see if that's the guy
