Microsoft Login Password Forgotten - Help

I have an ALLFINE NETBOOK . Bought this a couple of years ago and never been able to use it. When I turn it on it is asking me for a microsoft password but not sure if i ever set one up and if i did i certainly dont know it - no help option - what can i do

When you go onto the site, & the site says log in, is there an area that say, forgotten password? if so, go on that ans refresh your password with new & write it down exactly how you write it.
