How do I download/send MP3s? Instruction book not very helpful (unless I am being totally blonde and dont understand it!)

You could send them via bluetooth from your PC if you have bluetooth on your PC or possibly by IR, otherwise you would need the cable to connect phone to PC. The only problem is that unless you have a very short commute you'e going to be out of luck as the K700i only has about 35Mb of memory so you'll only get about 10 tracks on there
Infra Red is probably more likely to be present on computers, although you'll prob only find it on laptops. Put the Phone up to the port and right click on the new icon that comes up on the task bar on the comp. Should be simple from there... K700i actually has 41Mb, but its still rubbish compared to the memory on most new phones..
