Sony Ericsson K700i email problems

Hi, I have recently just had my phone upgraded to a K700i on Orange network, the problem is I have had my settings sent to my via SMS for email/wap/mms but I still cannot send emails from my phone. When I go to send a message it says Wrong mailbox/password. I also am not too sure what account to use or what I should be using to connect to it. I have looked on various phone forums but it's all technical speak so now I'm even more confused! Any help appreciated....
