Nokia Lumia 710 Mobile

Searched on mobile under settings and looked at q and A's on nokia site but unable to allow my mobile to ring more than once before going to voicemail.
I haven't changed anything and it used to ring several times enabling me to get to it and answer.Any suggestions? Thanks

I believe Voicemail and the ring time are phone network services and as such they are not controlled by your phone.

I suggest that you contact your phone network service provider to check, may be there is some code that you can send via the phone to change the ring time.
