Hi my hotmail changed to outlook but I cannot find FORWARD icon - nowhere to be seen by me anyway. Anybody tell me where to look - thanks.

In Outlook my forward icon is 5th in from the left...............

On my outlook.com when I click on Reply at top of the page a drop down list appears offering Reply, Reply All and Forward

I think you are refering to Outlook the product not Outlook.com the email web site.

When you are viewing an email, in the top right you will see "Reply". Slightly to the right of that is a drop down arrow. Click it to get a menu of options which includes such things as "Reply", "Reply all" and "Forward".
