Hello,

We have an Isis tv (don't know the model num,ber but it is only about a year old!!!

We can't seem to change the crenn configeration so that we can see the whole of the picture. If for example the football is on we can't see the scores to the sides or other programmes the captions etc are half lost to the edges.

We haven't got the booklet that it came with but we couldn't seem to get full screen from the start. We can change the screen size in as much it is panoramic or square etc with the remote but not so we can see the edges properly.

Anyone have an idea on how to get the proper full screen?

Play with the 'scene' button if there is one. It sounds like you are setting it to full width or something so losing the top/bottom. Is there a normal or auto settings to the scene?

Go into TV Menu via Remote, there should be a facility for changing aspect ratio which should come under 'change Picture mode'. It should be in same area as adjust Contrast and Brightness etc etc
