May I first wish you a Happy New Year.Our BT Verve home phone is not holding its charge ,I changed the battery,still not good ..Any ideas please .

Is it definitely connecting properly when put it on the base?

I am not familiar with that phone, but it may have a beep and a light when it starts to charge. Make sure you check them when you put it on charge.
