plusnet been down for around 30hrs
now back on.not very good ,i expect a bit of compo for that if only for week free

Sorry to hear that. We haven't had any network-wide outages recently that would have lasted that long so it was either something local to you or a localised BT Wholesale/Openreach outage.

Not a huge amount we could have done about that to be fair. Glad to hear you're back online though.

it was something to do with bt outreach according to plusnet recorded line
to be fair it was around 21 hrs in south yorks area not 30

Hey Bob, is it true that BT own Plusnet?
@Hopkirk, yes it is. We were acquired by BT Group back in 2007. We operate independently though. FWIW, I've been with the company since 2003.
