My task bar and icons have moved

My task bar has moved from the bottom of my screen to the r/h side, and my icons have moved to the L/H side of my screen, does anybody know how to put them back, I am typing sideways at the moment, ( the screen has changed from horizontal to vertical if that makes sense) help please.

ctrl-alt- up arrow should fix it.
