Hi does anyone have this ipaq. I wanted to buy one and wondered if it is any good. I think i read somewhere that it does not have a replacable battery. so does that mean when it has reached its max recharges then do i have to replace the whole machine. Thanks

Got one, it is great, good value for money, but advise extra memory chip (Secure Digital, so cheap enough). The internal battery is supposed to last for years. HP will replace it, but I suspect that by the time the need arises there will be a newer, better, un-thought-of-as-yet gizmo to spend yer cash on.
P. S. I have a mini-disc portable with the same technology battery, and with what I consider to be moderate use (a recharge every other week) it is still going strong after five years.
