Browser connection

In my e-mails settings there is a section "Browser Connection" and a box to tick - always use https - or - don't always use https

Which option should I use.

Won't make a lot of difference unless you are emailing confidential stuff.

In theory http can be "sniffed" and somebody could intercept your email and read it (I say could, it's very very unlikely anyone would bother to intercept a normal persons emails) https is encrypted and couldn't be read even if intercepted.
