When I'm into Answerbank using Firefox 13 & Windows 7 my p/c is constantly freezing & I'm getting a message that states '' Mozilla Firefox not responding'', is anyone else getting this probem & is there a cure ? I am using Internet Explorer ( which I seldom use) at the moment to get this message through. The reason I have been prefering Firefox is because I like the Menu Bar with File,Edit,View,History,Bookmarks,Tools,Help. Is it possible to get this Menu Bar in any other browser ?

Thank you for your reply fender62, however I have already deleted FF twice & renewed download & still the same, will your solution not have exactly the same effect ?
I had this problem, ron, and came on here about it, so you could see the help I was given if you look back. Interestingly, after three days of freezing every few minutes, it has sorted itself before I could try the remedy. It does go a bit slow still, but if it refuses to do what I have asked, but the cursor is still there, I go away for a minute and it is OK again. If I keep pressing the mouse in desparation, that is when it goes solid.
Sorry, should have said the thread was on Computers last Wednesday. I don't know how to provide a link for you.

Thanks flicrat, interestingly I have discovered that if I right click at the top of the page in Internet Explorer I can open the menu bar so I may be using that for a while.
