Increasing storage in C:drive

My C;Drive is almost full - 2% free space. I have 264gb free space but don't know how to move it to my c;drive.

If anyone knows in simple terms I would be most greatful

Where?
According to me you will have to go with partisan then you can change size on various drives.
search for *.*

sortresults by size, look at all the huge files and see if they can be deleted or moved to the drive/partion that has all the free space.
