I've been having a few problems with my Sansa Fuze and I'm not sure how to resolve them! When I turn on my Fuze and scroll through the albums not all albums on the device are shown, which means I have to go into individual folders to find the album I am looking for! The fuze creates strange amalgamations of tracks from various artists( not ones that I have favourited !) and they are put together in a folder with some random album cover ! I put an 8 cd Michel Thomas how to speak French course on the Fuze and disc 1 was put in a folder on its own, while all the other discs were put in a folder together! It still works fine and has been great up to now, but is now doing some strange things! I have purchased a new laptop and synched the Fuze to the new computer. so wonder if this could be what has caused the recent problems that I have been experiencing.I have poor sight, so like to be able to negotiate the Fuze easily. Zubar. P.S. The Fuze has an external usd card as well.

One of my daughters has a Sansa (not a Fuze though) which occasionally plays up and refuses to recognise the tracks that are on it. We found that resetting it solved the problem, so you could try that. To reset the Fuze+, you need to press and hold the power button for 20 seconds.

If that doesn't work, try backing everything up then update the firmware.
