fIREFOX, NO TOOL BARS

No idea what version I have, but today all the3 tool bars things at the3 top, ie View edit, tools help etc have gone and I only have an orange firefox dropdown box and the page I am viewing. How can I get them back , please?

Click the orange 'Firefox', hover cursor over 'Options', click to tick 'Menu Bar'

Press alt select view > toolbars and tick navigation bar at least.. try the others until you get it looking how you want.
