Please help - tool barts gone

There is nothing at the top of my screen, I need the addy bar and tool bars, how can I get them back, I am on the Firefox 4 (I think), thank you

also nothing at the bottom either.

Go to VIEW - TOOLBARS then click on those you want.

If, and i mean a big if, memory serves me, right clicking on the mouse at the top offers options.

Chuck and others will know much better tho.
