Just installed Virgin Media but realized problem with volume control on remote - completely inactive.

Can anyone help ?

you need to programme the tv to accept the remote or soemthing like that. i had this problen with mine but i couldn't find the right code so i just use the tv remote

I'm the same as mcfluff, they sent me a list of tv codes with my remote and they didn't work so I just use the tv remote.
