Im trying to close my paypal account. When I try to close it, A message comes up saying The account cannot be closed until the funds transfer from you bank account is completed. But my balance is �0.00, I dont think I owe paypal any money, so im really confused.

I have a similar problem. My balance is 0.56p and it says I have to donate it to charity (but I will be charged VAT) or add a credit card to initiate a refund into my bank account. I too am very confused by this...I don't want to add my bank details over again and I don't wan't to donate it to a random charity that I've never heard of... sorry I can't be any help, any one else stuck on this?
