Bush and Alba are Argos "own brands" now and Which? has recently trashed most of them . So -of the three- definitely Toshiba.
You'll find everything you need to know in here.

Toshiba TVs are not always made by Toshiba.

Some "Toshiba" TVs are just rebadged TVs made by a company in Turkey, which may be the same company who make the Bush and Alba TVs.

So you cant always trust the name.
VHG: quite right. My choice would be Panasonic every time.
Try this one, we got one for the bedroom and are pleased with it:-

Can't you take separates?
The DVD players pack up on reams of them!
Buy a Philips DVD like a 33 series . .which play anything and have Scart, USB, and hdmi, optical and coax audio for about £45
Then just buy a Japanese DTV TV for £160 or so.

tesco have instore 22" tv/dvd for £150
Buy a cheap TV and regret at leisure!
The good ones are more expensive for good reason. However if you would have happily bought a Lada or fake designer wear then you won't see the difference.
If I have offended anyone, sorry. Panasonic is the only TV way!
I have to second that with Panasonic.
Just buy Japanese.
Integrated cheap TV's with even cheaper DVD players included are a gimmick and will break or fail.
Better facilities, controls and reliability with separates.
I won't join in the debate as I have no expertise and will get shouted down by those who do, but once you decide, go to a store that's affiliated to your loyalty card, if you have one!

We have a supermarket TV with a household brand name and its fine......
