The Sunday Feast

Well I'm not cooking for one so I will make do with a fish finger sandwich. I had one the other day and it was incredibly nice. I May then have some olives, goats' cheese and parma ham with a glass of wine this evening.

nice bit of Brisket with creamed and roast spuds, yorkshire pudds, sprouts, carrots, turnip and peas and perhaps Rhubarb crumble a custard :-)

eeeek fish fingers are poison!!!

Im doing easy dinner... chicken with onions, taties and tomatoes and loads of chillies in t'oven.... bang it in and leave it for an hour or so..... with a big salad and bread.....afters I dont know.... there's tons of nuts fruit and seeds in the house..... and a secret stash of chocolate :)

Shepherds pie. I spent most of yesterday making it and also chicken stew which I've portioned and put in the freezer for Little Tiggs meals as I don't get time to do it any other time.

Lamb broth with dumplings possibly... or Moroccan chicken and couscous not sure yet both will be ready by lunchtime

Catalan chicken which is chicken with cumin, honey, garlic, lemon and white wine, alongside that will be spinach with pine nuts, garlic and raisins and new potatoes roasted with smoked paprika and sherry vinegar. That will be followed with grapefruit posset, raspberries and caramelised pistachios. There's some smoked salmon and blinis in the fridge so a cheeky canape might make an appearance too!
