log in to talk talk

Hi,
trying to log into talktalk email. will let me into the account page with my login details and password, but when I click on e-mail, it ask for login name and password, then says it is incorrect. I tried to also set up a second email address but that also fails. any ideas?

This would require some more in depth investigations into the nature of the issue. Can you confirm is this an @talktalk.net or an @tiscali.co.uk address?
