When ever someone trys to text me it says it couldn't be delivered, what gives?

They can ring me btw...

Could be your ISP is down at the moment. Does there website show where they are having problems ? Can calls get to you ?

Or is it texts from one individual, in which case the problem may be with their handset or service supplier.

Take your phone to the O2 shop then, and ask the "o2 Guru" to look at it for you!

Yes if it is all tghe time that does tend to point at your handset. Unless the settings are incorrrect. Let the expert look at it.
