I met him just last week and he was really nice and friendly.
Had a good chat with him and he posed for a few photos with me
Even when he got swamped by loads of people he still signed autographs and made time for everyone
Top bloke
I met him briefly on the set of 'The Big Breakfast' and he was polite and professional. No chance for a chat because the show was on air, and this was during a video clip, so the clock was ticking.
From his radio show, and his autobiography volumes, he seems to have matured a lot, into a decent and erudite individual.
I've never met him but I have read his books and agree he comes across as a nice person who's grown up from the big headed idiot he was when he left Big Breakfast. I enjoy his radio show but I don't watch The One Show - the music alone puts me off! (my daughter met Terry Wogan at a book signing and she said he was lovely and he admired my baby grandaughter, so he can do nothing wrong in my eyes!)
I was looking forward to meeting DJ Chris Evans when I was on The Big Breakfast, but he was on holiday that week. I was interviewed by Cheggers, who was very nice.
