skype for a blackberry...?

apparently you cannot use skype on a blackberry... !

so anyone know any alternatives?

cheers chris but it only works on about 5 models...an mines not one of them...

And then it has to be on Verizon network - not good if you are outside the US.

true...its mad isnt it - one of the biggest brands, cant manage to sort skype...
