I will have to end my phone contract 12 months early because i am emigrating, could i just close my bank account and go?

Why not talk to them and explain the situation? They might waive any exit charges under the circumstances.

Depends where you are emigrating to? not the right thing to do, if you are staying in europe they will track you. just pay up your contract to end it.

They may give you a reduced settlement sum.
