Pop Up Banners How can I stop this

For some time I have had Pop Up Banners appearing on my screen ,I have tried various programmes Malware/Spybot/AVG. The banner appera each time I change between various pages ,the banners are advising that the page loaded is not part of Windows..
Any ideas please.
