Whoever did the recent repair of your laptop probably did not partition it into a C and D drive.

Why bother?
You used to have one drive chopped up to look like two smaller ones. Now you have one drive whose total size is the sum of the smaller ones.

because my c drive is now filling up
Don't think you've quite understood rojash's answer...

You only have one drive in your computer,Before the repair that one drive was split into two, smaller parts. now it's configured as one, single large part. (they are called partitions)

you didn't have a spare drive, and splitting the current drive won't increase space because you'll need to make your C drive smaller to enable you to create the new partition. you can't magically make the drive bigger by adding another partition.
buy an external Hard Drive which operates via usb, transfer all files you wish to save from your p/c to it then reformat your laptop hard drive & you'll have 139 GB free to start again.Ron.
