My mum bought a PAYG phone and had to buy £10 credit however she wants to keep her number so is puting her old T-Mobile sim card in the new phone. Is it possible to switch the £10 credit to her original sim card?

In that case lilly, you should be able to but you will need to contact customer services to arrange to do it. I have done it with my network (Tesco) and there was no problem and took a couple of minutes to happen.
