Rundll32 is not a virus, it is an essential part of Windows.

Why do you think you have a virus?

I definitely have a virus as the PC keeps slowing and freezing... Someone has got into my bank account and attempted to take money... think I have some kind of redirector on my PC... I have virus scanned and it keeps picking up cookies, I have also ran the PC through Malwarebytes... some kind of Rundll32 message came up when we logged on to pc, not sure exactly what it said... can anyone help... ? thanks
Most cookies are harmless and essential for quick internet browsing.

Do you do internet banking? How did they attempt to access your account?

Clean out Temp folders (all of them)
Temp Internet Files (all of them)
Switch off System Restore and reboot.
Do a full scan with a decent AV.
Then a full scan with Malwarebytes.
Reboot and system restore on again.
Change Bank login pass or memorable word to something strong.
