I have two hotmail accounts. 1 is ****_****@hotmail.com and other 1 is ****.****@hotmail.com. Few months ago both of my account were hacked and as a result Everyday i used to receive tons of spam email and whenever i went to sent messages there were tons of sent emails. Genuine emails such as "Hey hanna how are you" and at the end a link for a website. There were all different type of messages. Everyday, i needed to waste few minutes to empty the sent and received emails. I feared that this possible was a virus linked to my msn live id. After several months and after running several types of anti virus in my computer and after been threatened by people who were receiving this messages from my account (temporary job emails address) claiming that if they keep receiving this messages they would call the police for investigation on my account i finally realised that my password on ****_****@hotmail.com was hacked and as a result someone was accessing using my password and sending emails on my behalf. I have changed it and now everything seems to be running smooth. No more spam on my account and no more sent messages.
However my other account, (****.*****@hotmail.com)which has been hacked by someone, i lost my acess to it as i am not even be able to reset the password by answering the secret question. I completely lost the account in which i had important information such as University workload and pictures and important emails .
Please advise me how to gain acess back to this account?

You'll have to change it/make a new account and make a STRONG password next time.
Hotmail accounts are ripe for hacking .. and I would never have one.
Also DONT use your normal email address and password to register with web sites.

If you do, every time you logon to the web site you are "giving away" your email and password.

Make the password you use to log on to web sites DIFFERENT from the password you use to log on to your actual email.
Don't use common names or words .. use a mix of upper/lower case letters and a few numbers.
