4 weekly timesheet with formulas in to work out hours worked to 0.25,0.30,0.50 hrs

I am looking for a timesheet with 4 weeks on, Mon - Fri (not worried about sat/sun) with formulas in so it can automatically work out how many hours you have worked. MUST be able to do 0.25,0.30,0.45 hrs as well. eg 0830-1300 1330-1630 equals 7.5 hours
