Does anyone know how to get the password to a RAR file that you have forgotten?

why do you need a password?

The .rar file just says there is a password on it and I can't remember what it was!

i use rars from downloads etc

but i just select open
it does it automaticall


canr help im afraid as im not echy

do you have winrar ? i use that it opens evrything for me.
