I have just sold a bracelet on Ebay for 104.00, looking at the transaction details on paypal, the buyer is unverified. I did state in the ad that the buyer had to be verified, Is it ok to send them the goods? Although they have sent to payment over by paypal I have heard sometimes that paypal can take the money back off of you?? even after you have sent the goods.

Is the address confirmed?
Send it by special delivery for your added protection.

As long as the address is confirmed and you can prove receipt of the goods (by sending either special delivery or 'signed for') you will have PayPal Seller's Protection.
You will be fine - read this and just make sure you only send to the address provided in your account history and send by 'signed for' or 'special delivery'
