capturing video from a website

i use a certain graphical software package.
the website of the company concerned has tutorial video's on their web-site. i can view these tutorials for free on the site , but can anybody tell me whether it is possible to capture them from the net so that i have a permanent copy of them for future reference.

It depends on the way it is delivered but you can often find the file in your cache (normally C:\Documents and Settings\YourUserName\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files).

Order by size and it will come to the top. Copy the file to somewhere convenient.
