You don't need a satellite dish for Sky broadband - it comes down the phone line, exactly like all other ISP providers except Virgin, which uses different cables.

ok, thanks for that, do you know anything about how reliable, fast it is, and what their support and customer service is like for broadband?
I've been on sky broadband for about 6 months & love it, changed over from virgin cuz they were rubbish & there customer service was awful & been very satisfied with sky so far, just to add lots of friends are on sky & everyone i know is very happy with it!
i have had sky see, speak and surf for nearly a year and had no problems at all, it was easy to install and has been very reliable, trouble is with isp`s you will always find good and bad reveiws on any sevice due to the volume of people using each one, in the end i just threw caution to the wind and went for it, luckily it has worked out well , good luck hope you have the same outcome with who ever you decide on :-)
