I have a question. " Using Dreamweaver I want to create a link from one part of a web page to another and then a link that says "back to top of page." any ideas please?

The first thing you need to do is insert an anchor at the point you wish to jump to. Then when you create the link, link to the anchor on the same page. Similarly, you need to insert an anchor at the top of the page, and then link your "back to top of page" text to that anchor.
