internet not displaying

hi, today the internet is being really slow, and sometime not displaying the website im viewing. don't know whats going wrong, tryed turning the router off and on again but getting the same problem. anyone know why this is happeneing, or has anyone had the same problem?

Could just be an ISP problem; the internet isn't perfect, and small outages do happen at some point on the connection from time to time.
