"Free" POP3 mailboxes

My Nildram account only allows me one POP3 mailbox
My wife needs a POP3 mailbox - Are there any "free" mailboxes available that will allow Outlook to deal with them ?

IS it possible to gain access to someones encrypted wifi network connection without permission or knowledge of the netwok key?
