As a Now TV user, I'm getting tempted by their 'Combo' deals. (You can either pay a £50 installation fee and have no contract or get free installation if you agree to a contract). I particularly like the way that you can tailor the deal to your own requirements, by only paying for what you really want.

In your shoes I'd use the comparison sites to highlight the best deals in your local area.

Thank you both. I have been on Broadband Choice website and plusnet with £75 cashback seems interesting.
Agree with Buenchico,
That is probably what I will do next unless 4G becomes feasible.

What about phone calls gromit
Plusnet is owned by BT
Virgin for speed.

Dave.
Yes, Plusnet belongs to BT - but is run quite separately. For example, phone Plusnet and you speak to a person in Yorkshire, not India and customer service is very good. (My service is John Lewis Phone and Broadband....which is provided by Plusnet. Trouble-free for several years.)
