I Wonder If Anyone Can Help Me With My Blackberry Playbook Please.?

It is the OS version which is a couple of years old. I am trying to put my photos from the playbook onto the laptop but it will not let me.? I connected the two together with the lead but the computor but it will not do it.? many thanks

Okay.
When you connect the Playbook by usb, open Windows Explorer. (Hold down the Windows key and 'e')

Is the Playbook listed there?

Hi again, many thanks but I am not sure where to find Windows Explorer.? I put the lead in and looked on MY Computor and it was on there but would still not upload also had the same message as before. Sorry for being so dim. x

On your laptop keyboard, hold the Windows key and the E key

The Windows key is on the bottom row between Ctrl and Alt.

Thankyou. yes when I look on my computer, with the blackberry plugged in , the blackberry sign is there. but I stil get the same message when I press it. thankyou for your patience.Brenda

In My Computer double click on the Playbook. Does it open showing a list of the files?
