Loss of Mozilla bookmarks

Just recently I keep losing my Mozilla Bookmarks when I boot up. When this happened in the past I did an Import and it was ok. But now when I try to import, it lets me browse for the Favourites folder but gives me no option to import it.

Any ideas?

I have noticed this and occasionaly they have disappeared and then later they came back!!! ANyway I am looking for a solution myslef but for a temporary fix you can back your bookmarks up to a file then at least you can get them back manually! Just go into manage bookmarks, File, Export then save it somewhere you can find it, then if they dissapear just import them the same way, hope this helps, will let you know if I find out what is going on?
