Is there a way I can copy an internet site address when it is not highlighted ,so I do not have to type the full address, as I have serious memory issues,it takes me so long .

So, why can you not highlight it first, then copy it ?
Why can't you just highlight it (click and hold down the left mouse button while moving the cursor along the address)
highlight it and left click on mouse and then click 'copy'. Then click 'paste' where you want to use it
Almost everything you see on the computer screen can be "copied and pasted".

As has been said, select the text by "striping" it, then select "Copy".

The go to where you want to text to be, select in the empty space and select "Paste".
btw If the options "copy" and "paste" are not available then do

Ctrl + C for Copy

Ctrl + V for Paste
If it is just a case of wanting to return to sites again - why not bookmark/favourite the site?
