please would some kind soul explain to me what is meant by #16.80.3mins0secs from lower rate. 3sms from lower rate? The #16 is underlined and in blue. Why? Sorry to ask such a basic question but I can't work it out. Thank you

I can but guess.

I trust you have some form of contract whereby some minutes or texts are charged at a lower rate but after you have used them up any more is charged at a higher rate ?

Unsure about the 16.80 but I'd guess you made a 3 minute 0 second call that was charged at this lower rate, and also sent 3 texts again charged at a lower rate.

That'd be my guess anyway.
But I see it is PAYG so maybe I'm barking up the wrong tree ?

Tis all very confusing to me OG as it is supposed to be the balance left - maybe I should just call vodafone and ask them. Thank you for answering.
Seems the #16.80 code is the IP address for the Vodafone server site in India, which has sent a couple of sms messages to your phone, which is why it's at a lower rate of payment.

thank you nibble - stupid question! so does that mean I've paid to receive the message? All I want to know is how much I've got left to use or should I top up. Really sorry to be so thick.
