Dongles!!!

Can anyone tell me, what they believe, is the best value dongle out there at the moment? Just want it to use when out and about for an hour here and there, no downloading, maybe just sending the odd email.

if its just an odd email, better to use a phone if you really dont want to then get a pay as you go dongle
